We talk to Shanna Bent, founder of fashion brand Maison Bent.

Shanna openly discusses the journey to creating her company and how she experienced disappointment, loneliness, and testing times but these life lessons were also the becoming of Shanna the fashion designer.

Through determination, taking risks, and resilience she experienced working with some of the most renowned fashion houses in the world such as Alexander McQueen, Agent Provocateur, and Roland Mouret.

At one point Shanna believed there was no space for her in the high-end, luxury fashion world but she decided to follow her gut and cultivate her creativity. Taking inspiration from her heritage she founded Maison Bent the sustainable, luxury women’s brand, handmade in London, her designs have been featured in Forbes, The Guardian & Marie Claire.
